KINGS THEATRE COVID GUIDELINES
By attending an event at Kings Theatre, all patrons are acknowledging their consent to, and agree to abide by, the safety precautions that have been adopted, which may include the wearing of face coverings.
As public health conditions and the State’s guidance for performing arts and live entertainment change, the theatre will remain flexible and adapt to applicable health protocols, such as face coverings, health screening, enhanced air filtration and ventilation, and rigorous cleaning and disinfection.
Updated New York State guidelines allow venues with less than 5,000 seats to host 100% capacity events without social distancing. This means that the audience can include a mix of vaccinated and unvaccinated attendees without social distancing.
Ticket holders may be asked to show proof of vaccine at entry, but vaccination is not required to attend most performances. Nonvaccinated ticket holders will be required to wear a face-covering when not actively eating or drinking. Be sure to check the event calendar page of the event you are attending to confirm entry details, as some shows may require attendees to be vaccinated.
COVID-19 REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
If you are not feeling well, we encourage you to stay home and not attend the Event.
Kings Theatre has instituted a temporary COVID-19 exchange/refund policy. Under the following circumstances, Kings Theatre will permit you to exchange or refund your ticket purchase:
You or someone in your party has tested positive for COVID-19 during the 14-day period preceding the Event;
You or someone in your party is not feeling well during the 14-day period preceding the Event and has exhibited symptoms consistent with COVID-19; or
You otherwise feel that you represent a significant transmission risk, e.g., you are caring for someone that has COVID-19 or is not feeling well.
To arrange your exchange or refund pursuant to our COVID-19 Refund/Exchange policy, please contact your point of purchase. Any such exchange request must be made by contacting your point of purchase by phone at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the advertised performance time. If you are unable to reach one of our customer service representatives, an email describing the reason for your request with a call back number will reserve your ability to make an exchange, provided that the email was sent prior to such twenty-four-hour deadline. Kings Theatre reserves the right to deny refunds for any purchaser that it believes is a broker or ticket reseller. Given the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic, Kings Theatre reserves the right to shorten or extend this temporary policy.
