NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY

The Caribbean Music Awards will be filmed and photographed for promotional, broadcast, and archival purposes.

By entering Kings Theatre on August 28, 2025, you acknowledge that you may be recorded and grant Caribbean Music Awards, Caribbean Elite Group, and their affiliates the irrevocable right to use your likeness, image, and voice in any and all media, now or hereafter known, throughout the world in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval.

Personal filming or photography will not be permitted inside the theatre. All phones and smart devices will be required to be secured in Yondr-style locked pouches upon entry. You will maintain possession of your device but will not have access to it until the end of the event.

If you are uncomfortable with being recorded or unable to comply with these guidelines, we kindly ask that you reconsider attending the event.
