BACK-TO-SCHOOL PARTY & BACKPACK GIVEAWAY

Kings Theatre is thrilled to host the fifth annual Back-To-School Party and Backpack Giveaway on Tuesday, August 12 from 11am – 1pm. This community event will be held in the Kings Theatre Courtyard and is free to community members to attend.

With generous support and donations from the event partners, attendees will be able to pick up free book bags and school supplies including pencils, folders, notepads, and more for students returning to the classroom this September. Supplies are limited, community members are encouraged to arrive early.

The Back-to-School Party & Backpack Giveaway is presented in partnership by KingsCares, Madison Square Boys & Girls Club, Church-Flatbush Community Alliance (formerly, the Church Ave. BID and Flatbush Ave. BID), News12 Brooklyn, Optimum, Warner Bros. Discovery and Council Member Rita Joseph. 

Additional support is provided by Goya, Hal's, Farmland, ModernMD and McDonalds (Flatbush & Snyder).
