ACE Theatrical Group, LLC is a theatrical management and development company formed by entertainment industry veterans, specializing in the design, development, construction and operation of first class, live performance venues throughout North America. ACE's principals have over 175 years combined experience and collectively have development and management credits in 35 theatrical venues in the United States and Canada, with 20 of those also including the design and construction of those projects.

Central to ACE's success is a business model which emphasizes partnerships with municipalities and community non-profit agencies, developing spectacular performance facilities with state-of-the-art improvements emphasizing patron comfort and artists' technical needs. ACE's facility utilization plans feature broad based and diversified programming for the entire community, quality customer service, community involvement, and professional venue operations and physical plant maintenance. Our successful operating methodology combines an entrepreneurial operating strategy with a wealth of industry relationships that result in vibrant, self-sustaining live performance facilities.

What We Do

ACE combines its experience and skill in rehabilitating historic movie palaces into successful live entertainment venues by providing professional venue management services, which leverage our contracts and relationships within the live entertainment industry. By utilizing an entrepreneurial management style, we exercise our expertise in presenting quality attractions as well as coordinating local and national performing arts groups of all genres and disciplines.

Through our redevelopment and management efforts, we intend to:

  • Rehabilitate and authentically preserve the historic Kings Theatre for generations to come
  • Operate and maintain the Kings Theatre as a self-sustaining first class performing arts venue
