Kings Theatre and Crunch Flatbush are excited to continue getting healthy with you in the Kings Theatre courtyard through the fall! Each Monday, Crunch Flatbush fitness instructor Michelle Jordan will get your hearts pumping with two dynamic and challenging fitness classes. Adaptable to all levels, all are welcome to participate in either one, or both of the classes FREE of charge.

Registration and signed waiver required. Waivers will be provided at the Crunch Flatbush front desk prior to class.

Classes Include: 

Carido Tai Box - A high energy; high impact blend of kicks and punches set to upbeat music. The perfect combination of martial arts, boxing and cardiovascular training. 

Speed Play - In this class you'll alternate between fast and slow training styles to push your fat-burning and muscle-building capabilities to their limits. By starting exercises at a higher clip and tapering your speed as you go, you'll get a steady burnout - not to mention a lean body and mean metabolism. 

*Weather permitting, should weather prevent a courtyard class, the class will be offered in a studio at Crunch Flatbush (located directly across the street: 1038 Flatbush Avenue, Brooklyn NY 11226)*
